Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be made no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Incorrect Address - If you provide an address that the carrier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself (if and as applicable).
It is recommended that you contact Meme store customer service before returning any product. With the exception of customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer's change of mind. Product returns, size exchanges must be offered at your expense and discretion. Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their desire to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt, providing a photo of the item. The request for withdrawal will be evaluated to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notice for EU consumers: pursuant to Article 16, letters c) and e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:
1. the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons,
therefore Meme store reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
